As an EPAM Business Consulting Manager, you will engage in different types of business and technology consulting projects ranging from analyzing business, process, and organizational strategies, to the implementation of bleeding-edge technology solutions.
You will have a primary focus on the Media and Entertainment space. Although projects vary, you can expect to dive deep into the client business and be a subject matter expert around M&E processes and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a customer's vision & requirements to solutions
  • Apply the business models, monetization strategies, and the market trends driving the industry to solve customer challenges
  • Develop business and product strategies to support our customers' operations, commerce, and digital platforms
  • Communicate with our clients to understand emerging industry trends and guide their product strategy to support those trends
  • Define, implement and maintain industry best practices that balance business, technology and consumer needs
  • Coordinate project teams through all phases of a project from discovery through solution evaluation and implementation
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and providing status updates with executive levels of client organizations
  • Proactively identify risks and issues as well as providing mitigation strategies for them
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business development opportunities
  • Participate in sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals and helping to close new deals


REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of relevant industry consultancy experience, or 6+ years relevant industry experience and consulting experience combination
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration or other related fields
  • High skilled in Media & Entertainment industries
  • Expert in leading and implementing interactive media solutions for entertainment companies
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end digital media supply chain and operations, from consumer experiences, devices, content distribution, media management, rights management, through to data and analytics, metadata management, and privacy solutions
  • Knowledge of emerging business and technology trends, using a base of experience to advise clients on how strategies work to keep in line with the rapidly changing market landscape
  • Comfortable working independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consulting leaders who are capable of taking charge while also engaging in production activities
  • Strong leadership and influencer skills - executive level communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with project management, preferably Agile, required
