About this role
The Udemy GTM Strategy & Operations (GTMSO) team's mission is to enable all go-to-market teams to scale and grow top line revenue efficiently. The team supports our mission by delivering the process and information flows that drive the entire customer journey optimization, promoting cross-functional alignment, overseeing resource and performance planning, refining key processes to increase efficiencies, and adopting best-in-class tools and technologies to support the entire go-to-market universe from lead generation to customer retention.
The ideal candidate will require a strong understanding of SaaS and needs to be experienced in Go-To-Market Operations. You need to be data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and intellectually curious. You understand how impactful data can be in determining the right strategy, and how important smooth operations are to executing that strategy. You will need to roll up your sleeves and implement the necessary processes and tools to advance our GTM strategy.
This role is based in Remote-U.S.
What you'll be doing:
- Project manage the implementation of technology solutions and business processes that support our go-to-market initiatives using Salesforce and third party tech stack.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, etc) to establish, document, and define business requirements.
- Work closely with our Business Systems team to release new SFDC functionality and enhancements to current functionality.
- Act as a Liaison to our GTMSO stakeholders to provide consultative technology solutions and business process recommendations and communicate the status of their requests along with cross-functional GTMSO Initiatives.
- Administer and own GTM tools and make recommendations to optimize our tech stack, identify gaps and redundancies, and propose scalable solutions to meet current and future business needs.
- Own and complete cross-functional projects for ongoing ad-hoc Salesforce and tech stack enhancement requests.
- Build, configure, and deploy small-scale solutions that support GTMSO while adhering to Business Systems sprint standards
- Manage SFDC case queue to support end user requests.
- Collaborate with the GTM Ops team to define and document internal team processes by identifying areas for improvement and solutions to increase efficiencies, repeatability, and scalability.
What you'll have :
- 5+ years experience in GTM operations and/or RevOpsExperience administering GTM tools such as Salesloft, Zoominfo, RingLead, etc.
- Business Analysis experience: gathering requirements, defining current and desired state, managing change, performing analysis on data and potential solutions, identifying gaps, communicating with stakeholders
- Salesforce knowledge: complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, page layouts, permissions, with a solid understanding of system capabilities
- Experience working in an agile environment and with project management tools such as Jira, Asana a plus.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in a SaaS B2B business
- Experience in Go-To-Market Operations
- Get-it-done mindset. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills to help you make data driven recommendations and decisions
- Strong understanding of SaaS
- SFDC Admin Certification a plus

Investor Overview
The hiring range for this position is $93,000-$159,500. Actual compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
