2. Pristine.io: Bringing Wearables to the Enterprise, Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Pristine is on a mission to revolutionize work by solving the problem of “Hey, can you come over here and look at this?” When Google announced the Glass Explorer program, Pristine cofounder Kyle Samani had an epiphany: Glass was the hands-free, voice-activated computing platform that healthcare providers, field technicians, and educators had long dreamed of. With that first spark of an idea, Kyle Samani and Patrick Kolencherry launched Pristine.

3. EdTech Austin Meetup: 2 Year Anniversary & Startup Spotlight!, Jan. 28 at 6:30 p.m.

EdTech Austin turns 2 and we invite you to come join us to celebrate as we spotlight some of Austin's newest edtech start-ups! We're gonna do this start-up crawl style meaning you'll have a chance to mix and mingle with some of our hottest local companies while kicking back with a few cold ones. It's bound to be loads of fun, see ya then!

4. Tech Talk @Spredfast, Jan. 28 at 7 p.m.

Spredfast Product Manager Liz Winkler will discuss her experience in tech and share her tips for succeeding in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She'll also give attendees a demonstration of her most recent undertaking, a solution that gives marketers access to the data they need to make informed decisions on social media.

5. Crafting a Winning Content Strategy, Jan. 29 at 7 p.m.

Content strategy is a component of digital strategy that focuses on how, why, where, and when you should create and share content.
