Maybe you’re looking to start your summer with a new job, are a recent grad, or maybe you’re just new to town. Wherever you’re at, Austin’s got some great tech companies — and a lot of them are hiring. These four Austin companies are all looking to add to their teams, and they even shared a few inside tips for when you decide to apply.

What they do: OutboundEngine helps small-business owners market themselves by doing the work for them. They create original content for clients, automate their email campaigns, update their social media profiles and ultimately help them grow their businesses and drive long-term value for their customers.

Why you want to work there: They've got a fully-stocked kitchen, loads of paid time off, a robust benefits package, ongoing training opportunities, happy hours, team-building events, private company concerts, a downtown office with 24/7 parking and more.

Note from an insider: "Enginites are passionate about helping business owners succeed and have a hunger to make their own career goals a reality. We're looking for energetic, driven candidates ready to hit the ground running and make the most of the opportunities OutboundEngine offers them." — Brand Strategist Kedzie Teller.

What they do: Vyopta provides a single system to monitor and improve the performance of large video and web collaboration networks.

Why you want to work there: Learning and mentorship opportunities from the leadership team, company-wide competitions and challenges from Street Fighter games to piñata smashing, direct access to the greenbelt from the office, great snacks and more.

Note from an insider: "We are really pioneering a new space with analytics at Vyopta, so our product and our team need to be data-driven and innovative. People who thrive at Vyopta take a lot of pride in their work. They are predisposed to act, take risks and adapt quickly to get things done. Our industry is all about collaboration, so any new addition should be excited to work together with our team." — CEO Alfredo Ramirez

What they do: World First is a leader in international payments, with over 100,000 customers moving more than $10 billion dollars each year.

Why you want to work there: They describe themselves as a bank-meets-Google-meets-young-entrepreneurial-startup. Pretty cool, right? You'll also get 20 PTO days as well as 10 bank holidays.

Note from an insider: "Our success is powered by our people. We are driven and inspired and our workplace reflects that. Our culture is something we protect carefully. We are passionate about what we do. We like each other and we like our jobs. As a World First employee, you are immediately part of a fantastic culture where you are encouraged to work hard and play hard."

What they do: Zilliant provides prescriptive sales applications that drive financial growth for B2B companies.

Why you want to work there: Zilliant offers a comprehensive benefits package and emphasizes work-life balance. Benefits include four weeks paid time off, nine days of holiday pay, a 401K savings plan and more.

Note from an insider: "It’s fun to work at a company where employees are equally passionate about our customers’ success, developing innovative solutions and working together. We pride ourselves on our Adult Culture built on four shared values: integrity, teamwork, accountability and results. Every employee has a direct impact on our success and the profitable growth we deliver for our customers."
