Lance Armstrong has raised $24.5 million in his goal to create an Austin-based VC fund worth $75 million. That's according to an SEC filing on Friday. The fund will invest in companies, like PR Lotion, an electrolyte lotion that is designed to be absorbed into the skin during workouts. [Built In Austin]

Vyopta raised $60 million in funding to keep offices efficient. Vyopta’s tools ensure conference that room space is being utilized properly and that IT problems get fixed. The latest funds will expand their team in Austin from 60 to 75 people. [Built In Austin]

Esports bar plans to open up shop on Sixth Street. Valhalla Esports Lounge will have 12 gaming computers, six consoles and more than two dozen televisions. The food served will be aimed at a gamer palate with dishes like Doritos-flavored mozzarella sticks. [Austin Business Journal]
