The mission of the Account Manager at LogicMonitor is to successfully present the value of LogicMonitor to existing customers, manage the entire sales cycle, and successfully increase ARR for the Company. The Account Manager acts as the lead contact for customer growth within their territory. The Account Manager will call on Sales Engineering resources for technical expertise so that the customers fully experience the product and understand deeper technical aspects of the LogicMonitor platform. Finally, the Account Manager must accurately forecast their sales opportunities back to the LogicMonitor Sales Management Team.

The Manager of Sales Engineering will provide direct leadership to our Sales Engineering team. Own all aspects of building and managing a scalable, world-class team of Sales Engineers, providing leadership and guidance in SaaS technology, sales strategy, relationship building, enterprise solution development and trial execution / conversion. The Sales Engineering team within LogicMonitor serves as a primary point of contact to drive the successful introduction, adoption and broad usage of LMs products within the customer and prospect base. Activities of the team include product demos, technical qualification, identification of customer business / data analysis use cases, trial development and delivery, definition of appropriate business and technical solutions, customer management, account development, technology evangelizing, and business consulting. Key metrics for the team currently include customer activation, adoption, usage rates and trial conversions.

Develop and deliver outbound technical content aligned to LogicMonitor's current platform, roadmap and ITOps/DevOps market trends. Includes developing a technical editorial calendar for the LM blog that promotes LogicMonitor's workflow integrations, technology use cases and includes leveraging customer and technology alliance partners to contribute blog posts. Manage beta testing of workflow integration partnership code and support launch. Maintain Code Labs – a repository for community-based, community-sourced workflow integrations that interoperate with LogicMonitor's platform. Develop and present materials to internal stakeholders for GTM planning, engagement, product development requirements, competitive updates, etc. 

This role is designed to serve as an important member of the growing Finance team, helping to ensure the accuracy of customer subscriptions, scalability of our quoting process, and helping to drive reporting and analysis to achieve our operational targets.
