Panelists include:

Robyn Rap - Robyn Rap, PhD. is a sociologist and Product Scientist at Indeed.

Hee-Jung Kim - Hee-Jung Kim is a Sr. Account Manager, Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training of Central Texas.

Bethany Thomason - Bethany Thomason is currently Marketing Manager for the 6-star Experience team at Indeed where she tests out different job seeker and employer programs to create "wow" experiences.

Preetha Appan - Preetha Appan is a Software Engineer at HashiCorp, where she works on open source distributed systems. She was previously a Principal Engineer at Indeed and built systems for search and recommendations. She has spoken at tech conferences like Data Day Texas and SRECON, and enjoys helping grow open source communities.

The panel will be moderated by Caroline Horn. Caroline has worked as a Software Engineer at Indeed since early 2014.
