We don’t have dedicated strategists. Around here, creative ideas come from everywhere--even the account team. We collaborate, equally, with each other and our clients. We leave our egos at the door. We are always asking WHY? We treat The Beatles/Rolling Stones debate like a critical RFP.
The Gig
The Account Executive will play an instrumental role in managing client and internal relationships, ensuring the health of the account and making sure that we’re doing great work that works for our client's business needs. At Drumroll, a great Account Executive is a skilled builder of client trust, who adds richness to every project they touch. Disrupting and evolving the status quo is a personal philosophy---not simply a job requirement to be fulfilled. They also confidently and responsibly act as a source of information for both the client and internal team, always evaluating the impact of their work on the agency as a whole. Successfully managing clients in the interactive/digital advertising/engagement space is strongly preferred. Digital advertising and engagement project types can include (but are not limited to) Web-based experiences and/or applications, mobile experiences/applications, social media campaigns/applications, etc.
It is the keeper of client communications, budgets, internal team communications, project schedules and inside jokes.

What you gotta know
***THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION - ADVERTISING AGENCY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED***
- 2-5 years previous advertising agency account management/executive project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple clients and key stakeholders
- Large/tech corporation clients---how their organizations work and how they communicate.
- A proven ability to contribute to ideation, strategy development and strategy support
- Proficiency in interpreting client KPIs and project/program analytics
- Experience working in multiple channels
Extra cools
- Digital Ad Agency experience
- Email marketing experience
- You maintain a regular Zen practice and can teach it to us

Coinage
Salary is based on qualifications and experience and is competitive with market value for the position.
