Our tight-knit team of Account Managers are responsible for the successful management of renewals, upsells and cross-sells within their own portfolio of TrendKite clients. This position requires superior written, organizational and communication skills, as Account Managers function as liaison to multiple TrendKite departments such as customer success and product management. This role is both sales-centric and consultative in order to ensure clients are provided with a best-in-class experience. Quota-carrying background is a must. 

What you'll do at TrendKite:

  • Own the TrendKite client relationship within personal book of business across the client-lifecycle, from on-boarding to renewal
  • Proactively facilitate regular meetings with clients to present new product/feature offerings and insightful recommendations
  • Independently identify opportunities to increase clients’ revenue commitment through thoughtful upsells and cross-sells
  • Consistently represent and convey TrendKite's culture and values in all client and partner interactions
  • Hit and exceed both monthly sales quotas

What you MUST to bring to the table:

  • 3 years SaaS technology experience owning renewals and upsells
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (We will not sponsor at this time)
  • Innate hunger, self-motivation and work ethic
  • Positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you
  • Adaptable but organized- We're a start up! You've got to be OK with being on your toes at times but able to maintain focus within your day-to-day activities to reach goals
  • Stellar communication & time management skills both over the phone and in writing
  • Past examples of renewals, up-sells, cross-selling and reducing churn- MUST be used to carrying a monthly quota 

Bonus if you have:

  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Past startup experience
  • Experience in or strong understanding of PR
  • Sold to midsize and larger complex companies
