  • Represent the CSS team with professionalism, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking.

Who You Are

  • Background in a customer-facing, service-oriented role required.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can diffuse challenges and create clear paths to resolution.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.

  • Calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Tableau; Salesforce CRM and Gainsight experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of web, eCommerce, and hosting technologies.

  • A strategic problem solver who thrives on building long-term customer success and loyalty.
