B2B Value Management Specialist

Job Description

The Value Specialist will play an integral part in bringing to life high-touch engagement for small to medium business (SMB) owners spanning the customer’s growth and experience lifecycle with LegalZoom. Working closely with the Director of Value Management, you’ll co-create, co-develop and bring-to-market innovative strategies and valuable customer experience B2B offerings. Crisp detail orientation and reporting, concise writing skills and an adaptive nature are required to best track sales data and projections, produce customer experience offerings and their complimentary collateral and achieve cross-functional win-wins company-wide.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining database of research assets
  • Work closely with Value Management team to develop and implement the end-to-end customer experience that delivers on the EQUIP brand values and voice
  • Meet and exceeds expectations by accepting ownership of new, different and ever-evolving requests; thoughtfully explores opportunities to add value
  • Assist in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
  • Track product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data
  • Prepare value management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
  • Works cross-functionally to advance the practice and parent business’ sales, growth and customer engagement objectives
  • Collaborate with designers to produce promotional materials in line with customer experience and sales strategies

 

Experience Required

  • Proven work experience as a lead generation, collateral or marketing specialist, analyst, assistant, coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including all Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-service focus (internal and external clients)
  • Detail oriented, planner, organizer who prides themselves on significant contribution, deliverables, meeting deadlines, getting things done, making impact and moving the needle!

 

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, journalism, communication, or related field or equivalent years of experience
