We’re looking for an experienced and innovative marketing leader for our growing global digital design company.

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in determining the strategic direction of the company. Working directly with the CEO, you will focus on planning, developing, and executing our strategic vision and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is able to leverage their strategic networking skills in order to reach key organizational objectives, determine future priorities and anticipate potential challenges. You are able to effectively collaborate with all departments within the organization, vertically and laterally ensuring all priorities are properly aligned. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue through successful marketing initiatives and ultimately help Idean liberate digital design.

In this role, you will:

• Build out Idean’s marketing team
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of Idean’s long-term strategic vision and marketing initiatives as well as play a key role in management and leadership
• Enhance and increase Idean’s brand relevance and awareness
• Work with the business development team to determine target markets which are in line with Idean’s business strategy
• Oversee and contribute to event and media planning and campaign management; writing press releases and facilitating outreach
• Oversee content marketing initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, sales and leads
• Ensure consistency of the organization's marketing and content message across various departments and platforms
• Leverage your strategic networking skills

You need:

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Proven track-record of leading high-impact global marketing initiatives with measurable results
• Extensive strategic network of professional contacts
• Knowledge of European and American business landscape
• Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and communication skills
• Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment
• Hands-on management style
• Preferable experience working in a consultancy (design, business consulting or technology)
