As Chief of Staff for the Enterprise organization, you will work closely with leadership to drive key initiatives within the Commercial team. You’ll operate at the center of one of the most critical functions in the company, coordinating operational efforts, supporting strategic priorities, and ensuring the Commercial team can focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner, helping align the team with company-wide goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Act as a strategic partner to the Enterprise leadership team, helping shape and execute the most critical initiatives across the Commercial teams.
- Act as a bridge between the Enterprise leadership and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, clear communication, and alignment of priorities.
- Lead key cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring momentum, clarity, and results.
- Track action items, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of Enterprise projects and initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and helping teams stay focused on high-impact work.
- Build and track key performance metrics to inform decision-making and assess progress on strategic goals.
- Serve as an internal “force multiplier” — increasing the capacity and effectiveness of the Commercial leadership team by stepping in where needed to keep things moving.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the digital health space is a must have.
- Experience in a strategic support role, ideally in a technology or sales-focused environment, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities, with an eye for detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
- Business acumen and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with a passion for solving Commercial challenges.
