The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and analysis of the company’s global compensation programs, with a focus on equity and base pay. This role is ideal for someone early in their compensation career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, data integrity, reporting, and compliance, while gaining exposure to broader compensation practices.

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will:

  • Collect and analyze compensation data from internal and external sources.

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for various roles using salary surveys.

  • Assist with maintaining compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture aligned with global frameworks and local market realities.

  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related inquiries.

  • Perform reporting, due diligence, and audits related to compensation programs.

  • Participate in the annual compensation cycle, including system setup and testing.

  • Assist with employee education and respond to compensation-related questions.

  • Support equity administration, including processing grants, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulatory require.

  • Contribute to global compensation initiatives and special projects.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, equity administration, or HR analytics

  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

  • Experience of equity plan administration with proficiency in end or related platforms such as Fidelity

  • Proficient in Workday or similar HRIS software, and general report building skills

  • Basic knowledge of payroll and familiarity with accounting knowledge

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in equity compensation, financial reporting, and global HR practices

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$64,938.52-$103,901.85

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
