The Content Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our website. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Content Strategy: Design and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify key content themes and opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and optimize content to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content across all channels. Develop strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and use insights to refine content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and goals. Collaborate with external writers and agencies as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the real estate, fintech or technology industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.


This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
