Job Description
Membersy builds payment tools and subscription infrastructure for the evolving dental industry. We're helping small startups and the world's biggest Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) democratize access to quality dental care through subscription-based dentistry. Our mission is to reorient the dental industry's existing payment methodologies by empowering forward-thinking DSOs with the platform they need to engage their communities with innovative payment solutions and competitive, transparent pricing options. And we'd like your help.
We're looking for a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join the company's Marketing team as a Content Manager . In this role, you will be reporting to membersy's Head of Marketing .
With our recent $66 million Series B investment from Spectrum Equity , the time is now to join team membersy!
Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar with engaging and relevant content for our customers and prospects
  • Understand and report on what content is effective for driving engagement, and where there are opportunities to improve
  • Write and manage content including the blog, organic social, ebooks, cheat sheets or videos to be used for demand generation and ABM programs
  • Collaborate across the Marketing team to optimize content for SEO
  • Work with PR team to support by-line opportunities
  • Partner across the company to continuously improve the quality and consistency of written and verbal communications
  • Be eager to learn and take on new responsibilities!


Requirements

  • An expert storyteller and an excellent writer and editor capable of adjusting message and tone based on the audience
  • Love for great copy and witty communication
  • Experience working in a B2B content marketing role
  • Ability to distill technical concepts into digestible, engaging content
  • BA degree in journalism, law, business, finance or related field.
  • Experience working in multi-channel content creations, e.g. journalism or publishing.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter who is willing to get stuck in
  • Use data to validate ideas and measure impact
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Preferably English native speaker


Bonus Points

  • Experience with subscription or recurring revenue businesses
  • Experience with B2B2C and/or B2C marketplace businesses
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
