WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, and curious content manager to join Qualia’s growing marketing team.  This person will own the content marketing strategy for one of our business units and will be responsible for planning and executing a content strategy that drives pipeline growth. This is a production-heavy role, so you’ll be expected to manage strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to produce multi-media content spanning webinars and video content to long-form eGuides and whitepapers. 

Importantly, you’ll be a key stakeholder responsible for managing and executing content for key marketing campaigns and major events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and execute a content strategy and calendar with engaging and relevant content for our prospects that also aligns with  marketing objectives and pipeline goals 
  • Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, and customer marketing to produce compelling, on-brand content
  • Produce/write content for a variety of channels including scripts, eGuides, social media, landing pages, and other channels 
  • Understand and report on content performance and optimization opportunities 
  • Partner across the company to continuously improve the quality and consistency of written and verbal communication

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 4+ years of experience and a degree in a related field such as journalism or communications
  • Demonstrated writing skills (strong portfolio of work) across a variety of channels including social media, email, and long-form content 
  • Loves storytelling with excellent speaking, writing and editing skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to meet quick deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • A creative and thoughtful approach to content marketing (portfolio includes a content strategy that leveraged analytics to inform creative decisions) 
  • Experience collaborating with various sales, marketing, and design functions
  • Experience in B2B marketing - preferably for a SaaS or fintech business
  • Outstanding editing capabilities and familiarity with commonly used style guides
