The Rapid7 Experience Design Studio cultivates end-to-end experiences that build lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers. We’re looking for someone to join our Content Experience team in Boston or Austin to help develop our content strategy for our brand and portfolio. If you have a passion for cybersecurity, a knack for understanding customer challenges, and an ability to come up with lots of ideas for content on the spot, you might just be our person.

Your Key Responsibilities
Build all forms of content– from whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, and case studies that reflect the Rapid7 brand.
Work with our brand and portfolio team to co-create content based on portfolio positioning and messaging.
Partner with all key internal stakeholders, such as Demand Generation and Web Analytics, to align on key business objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end content creation, including planning, researching, drafting, reviewing, editing, staging, and publishing content.
Helps ensure all content maintains the Rapid7 level of standards, including a consistent brand voice, tone, and style, and aligns to the key messages for audiences at each stage of their journey.
Build content maps for our brand and portfolio strategy.
Partner with our Brand and Design Governance team to help ensure consistency across our digital properties.
Partner with our Content Design and Brand team to maintain and product editorial standards for content across all Rapid7 properties.
Partner with our Content and Web Analytics team to regularly report on how content pieces are performing and identify areas of opportunity for Rapid7.
Your Skills and Experience
5+ years of content strategy experience, preferably in the B2B technology/SaaS space.
Portfolio of high-quality, long and short-form content.
Ability to adapt writing style to varying target audiences and content formats.
Strong SEO research skills.
Self-starter and independent, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple disparate workstreams.
Ability to think strategically about complex problems and provide insightful recommendations, action plans, and outcomes.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
