As a Photographer at Favor, you’ll be responsible for the creation of photography & video content for one of Texas' fastest growing brands. This role reports directly to our Senior Photographer and sits on our Creative Team. As part of the Creative Team you’ll play a crucial role in the growth and support of our visual brand identity and will collaborate with various teams across Favor to create impactful content for our audiences. Responsibilities

• Support a high volume of photo and video needs that roll in from across the company
• Work closely with our Digital Acquisition, Email, and Social Media teams to produce authentic, eye-catching campaigns
• Create imaginative content with stellar food and prop styling in a studio setting
• Develop compelling photography and video content telling the story of our Consumers, Runners & Merchant Partners
• Manage day-to-day operations of a busy photo studio 

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience shooting and editing within a professional & team environment
• A portfolio that speaks for itself
• Extensive knowledge and experience in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively
• Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere 
• Strong understanding of studio lighting for photography and videography
• Experience in food styling as well as prop styling and sourcing 
• Aptitude to work constructively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, accepting feedback 
• Strong pre-production organization and scheduling skills
• Experience with photo editing and post-production
• Passionate about Digital Asset Management and a desire to keep things organized and running smoothly

Ideal Candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Photography, Radio and Television, Film or related field and/or prior experience in video shooting, production and editing, and television graphic and motion design
• Knowledge of basic color correction, audio mixing, camera/color profiles, and web video standards. 
• Strong interest in advertising and performance marketing
• You can think through an entire shoot from A-Z and plan accordingly, including equipment, props, models, and locations
