Restore is looking for a Director of Content to join our dynamic team and drive brand recognition, credibility and growth by building a world-class content operation. You will build and lead a team of content producers, writers and videographers.

You will be a strategic and creative thought leader that partners and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to elevate Restore’s cultural visibility and relevance.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Be a strategic filter for the brand. Ensure that all content is grounded in the brand positioning, messaging, voice and visual style
• Integrated content strategy. Lead the development of an integrated content strategy for Restore’s corporate blog and Hyper Wellness® lifestyle publication. What stories do we tell, who tells them, and in what formats and mediums do we tell them (blog posts, video series, podcast, social posts, etc.)?
• Plan the content calendar. Lead the planning, development and execution of Restore’s content calendar, primarily across Restore’s Hyper Wellness lifestyle publication, corporate blog, podcast and social media
• Develop a lifestyle publication. Develop Restore’s lifestyle publication to engage audiences through minimally branded, authentic, story-driven narratives that educate audiences about, and inspire audiences to live, the Hyper Wellness lifestyle (Restore’s trademarked category of wellness)
• Develop a corporate blog. Develop Restore’s corporate blog to communicate Restore’s corporate narrative, product/service education and employer story
• Produce the podcast. Oversee Restore’s podcast production to develop strategic relationships, drive brand awareness and increase audience engagement
• Elevate social media. Elevate Restore’s owned social channels, delivering strategies through creative that is culturally impactful while supporting our marketing campaigns and promotions
• Build a contributor network. Build a network of content contributors for blog posts, photography and video stories across channels. Develop a value exchange whereby Restore’s publications maintain a regular cadence of new, relevant and engaging content
• Plan and execute resourcing strategy. Recruit and manage both internal and contract/freelance resources to produce content across video, podcast, photography and written content
• Insight-driven content. Analysis of cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform content development

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8+ years experience of relevant content and media experience, leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing content teams
• Demonstrable portfolio of high-impact content
• Proven ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
• Demonstrable experience and literacy in content analytics, proving the impact of content across the business
• Experience building a contributor
• Success influencing and managing stakeholders across the organization to get alignment on initiatives and execute work on time and budget
• Experience pitching and communicating content and its connection to the business to C-level executives
