WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

We're seeking an individual to help grow Qualia's new post closing services division. Our flagship service collects trailing documents on behalf of mortgage lenders, performs quality control reviews, then sends documents to investors. The Document Fulfillment Admin will be critical to the fulfillment process with responsibility to perform receiving, processing, quality review, and shipping functions.  

Note that this is an on-site position that is based out of our processing center in South Austin.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Package and ship loans to our investors and lender clients
  • Scan and upload closing packages received from title companies into our clients’ internal systems
  • Perform detailed audits on closed loans prior to investor delivery to ensure that loan is in compliance with federal and state laws, as well as applicable investor and lender guidelines
  • Assist with investor communication to satisfy all post-closing and post-purchase audit discrepancies
  • Verify that requirements are met to ensure that loans are saleable
  • Monitor pipeline and turn times to ensure that services are delivered on time
  • Ensure trailing documents are in compliance and delivered to the investor on time
