Freelance Content Moderator
With over 8 million members, VoucherCodes is one of the UK’s largest money saving websites. Partnered with big brands like ASOS, Nike, Argos, Expedia and Pizza Express, we receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Freelance Content Moderator to work as part of our Remote team.
Your role will sit within the Remote team, helping to maintain our high standard of content for the users of VoucherCodes. As a Freelance Content Moderator you’ll be responsible for reviewing and verifying money-saving offers submitted by our VoucherCodes community.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job and who wants the flexibility of working from home combined with regular hours. You'll benefit from being part of a large and established freelance team, with extensive training and support from in-house staff. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and has a great attention to detail, whilst being happy to work independently.
What we need from you:
- Available to work at least 15 hours per week (including 3.5 hours Saturday & 3.5 hours Sunday) and commit to a long term role.
- Have at least 3 A Levels (grade C+) or experience commensurate to A Levels
- Are permanently based in the UK.
- Have a computer and access to web connection.
- Have excellent attention to detail and can work both quickly and accurately.
- Can follow instruction and carefully follow house style rules.
- Love to shop and regularly make online purchases.
- Ability to use initiative and analyse problems.
- Friendly, positive and can-do manner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Using our content management system you will be testing and verifying voucher codes submitted by our VoucherCodes community.
- Adding content to the VoucherCodes site following our house style.
- Frequently communicating with in-house staff to flag and resolve any issues with voucher codes.
