Description: Our growing team is in need of a talented and experienced writer to craft content for our luxury real estate clients. The main goal of this role is to expand clients’ digital reach and establish credibility through engaging and educational blogs, bios, and community guides. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp on SEO best practices and the ins and outs of marketing. Applicants should be reliable, self-motivated, and able to receive and implement feedback. The role is 100% remote, so communication and the ability to meet deadlines is a must. Preference will be given to those with experience in content marketing, real estate, and technology writing.

Qualifications: 

-Clear, concise, and polished writing style

-Understanding of SEO best practices

-Curious and willing to research a wide variety of topics, from market reports to community activities to mortgages, in a wide variety of client voices

-Positive attitude

-Experience using Google Docs

-A degree in marketing, English, journalism, or creative writing preferred (but not mandatory)

-Workload is flexible, but availability to write 20+ hours/week preferred
