InCloudCounsel is seeking a Legal Content Developer to join our rapidly growing company. InCloudCounsel is the leading technology and services provider of contract automation and intelligence for many of the world’s biggest and most innovative companies. By combining highly experienced corporate attorneys with cloud-based software that unlocks valuable data within contracts, InCloudCounsel offers a scalable, end-to-end solution for negotiating and managing routine legal work.

The Legal Content Developer will be an essential member of InCloudCounsel’s Legal Partnerships team and will focus on creating high quality, interactive training content for new and existing lawyers on our platform. The Legal Content Developer will also be responsible for managing Legal Partnership’s Learning Management System, which houses all of our training content for the attorney community, as well as the training pipeline and schedule.

The Legal Content Developer will report directly to the Director of Legal Training & Development of InCloudCounsel, and can be located in any of our U.S. locations.*

*InCloudCounsel is an employer in the following U.S. states—CA, D.C., CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, as well as internationally in Hong Kong, Singapore, and The United Kingdom; we currently have offices in London, Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop legal training content, such as presentations, written guides, videos, and other interactive content for both group and one-on-one training
  • Research legal topics to expand training reach (e.g. routine corporate contracts under US, EMEA, and APAC governing laws and issues for new markets such as real estate, healthcare, and technology)
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training material repositories, training pipeline, and training schedule
  • Support training automation efforts by creating content that can be hosted on our LMS and viewed by our 400+ lawyer partners 

Requirements:

  • Research and writing: must have excellent research and professional writing skills
  • Diligence and attention to detail: effective project management and consistent delivery of timely, high-quality work
  • Content creation and design: familiarity with content authoring tools (ex. Articulate 360, PowerPoint/Google Slides and similar tools)
  • Presenting: comfortable building and leading presentations
  • Preferred Experience in the legal or financial services industry as a paralegal, junior corporate attorney, or knowledge management specialist
