As a copywriter at One Drop, you will collaborate with talented strategists, designers, and writers on projects that touch the lives of millions of people around the world. You will craft language that engages the head and heart, moving our members to make positive changes for their health and inspiring our enterprise clients to be advocates for their teams.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Writing engaging email campaigns targeting both enterprise clients and members 
• Owning social media writing across all major and emerging platforms
• Ghostwriting social media posts for senior leadership in response to breaking news and accompanying press releases
• Developing concepts and copy for digital ads
• Presenting concepts, strategy, and executions to stakeholders on other teams
• Contributing to the ongoing development of our verbal identity and brand voice

You’ll bring:

• A love of words 
• 5-7 years of professional writing experience in an ad agency or startup environment
• A strong portfolio of client work that shows attention to detail, sophisticated conceptual thinking, and delightful wordplay across a variety of media
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills along with a respect for healthy process
• Understanding of and dedication to inclusive, people-first language that respects its audience
• An open and humble spirit
• B.A. in English, literature, or related areaFamiliarity with Chicago Manual of Style

• M.F.A. in creative writing or M.P.H.
