Position Summary:
The Pax8 Studios Senior Video Editor is a key content creator for all Pax8 Studios initiatives internally, externally, and globally. They maintain close working relationships with all Studios personnel, providing narrative storytelling creation across the Pax8 organization, including Pax8Live, Brand, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Academy, and Product Management.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Produces and edits videos for all Pax8 Studios productions, internal, external, and Globally using Adobe CC tools and remote media management solutions
• Participates in strategic development of post-production processes and coordination of pax8Live asset delivery methodology
• Collaborates on shared asset media ecosystems and development of remote capture technology that provides templated and easily repeatable production workflows.
• Works with other Pax8 content creators and their leadership to align strategic OKRs that meet overall Pax8 goals, driving exponential growth; conceptualize and propose new content offerings that will drive success towards these goals and objectives.
• Creates Pax8Live and associated media assets as an "always on" branded resource delivering the Pax8 narrative, utilizing content from across various Pax8 properties to inform and educating the Pax8 partner community and the internal company culture.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• At least 10+ years' experience with producing and editing high-quality video, with a focus on narrative storytelling
• Cursory understanding of the technology channel, and the inner workings of SaaS sales through various channels.
• Expert knowledge of video post-production workflows and remote edit technologies, Teradici and SNS/EVO in particular
• Proven track record of award-winning content creation in both broadcast and social media realms
• Experience and fundamental understanding of consistent marketing concepts and brand awareness
• Strong ability to network and collaborate with various teams throughout the company
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization from a storytelling perspective
• Demonstrated understanding of emerging hybrid video capture and recording technologies
• Experience coaching and teaching others, with demonstrated grace under pressure
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
• Ability to actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder
• Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
• Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them to breakthrough strategies

Required Education & Certifications:

• B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Travel Requirements:
Travel is expected 10% of the time; attendance to events as needed.
Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $95,000 or more depending on experience
