Post Production Coordinator - (Contract)

Rooster Teeth Animation is looking for a Post Production Coordinator to support the growth of our Post Production department! The ideal candidate has production experience in media development and is familiar with the post production process. The animation department at RT has long been a driving force within the company, creating such shows as RWBY, Red vs. Blue, Camp Camp, and RWBY Chibi.
We believe passionately in attracting the best and brightest for our team, creating the most engaging and impressive animated productions online or elsewhere (while also having more than a little fun in the process). A strong candidate will have a proven track record of production experience, creative problem solving, and interpersonal skills to help the company fulfill its objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Track production materials and shots as they move through the pipeline
  • Facilitate communication between departments
  • Responsible for clear and concise note taking in all meetings and reviews
  • Schedules meetings and reviews, as needed
  • Support Producer in day-to-day tasks

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Post Production Processes, including lighting, compositing, and VFX
  • Trade school degree or certification; Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to complete tasks within production schedules and deadlines in an organized manner
  • Must be pro-active problem solver and have ability to lead with a positive attitude, and encourage collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills!!!
