As a Web Publisher on the Energy team, you will be responsible for preparing and uploading content to our wide portfolio of websites, as well as performing site maintenance tasks to enhance performance and user experience thorough Wordpress. We are looking for a hard-working, meticulous individual who can meet tight deadlines. Ideal candidates can adapt quickly; handle multiple projects at once; collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams.  

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, upload, and maintain content on our portfolio of sites (Wordpress CMS) 
• Collect web images via stock photo sites
• Input meta descriptions
• Check published pieces for errors 
• Troubleshoot minor site errors 
• Work with representatives of other departments

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Good knowledge of HTML and/or Markup (coding links, text formatting, tables, and lists) 
• Basic image skills (renaming, resizing, cropping, and uploading) 
• Familiarity with the Wordpress or other CMS 
• Strong writing background (web copy experience is a plus) 
• Basic SEO knowledge
