Sales Content Specialist

The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
Khoros is looking for a stellar Sales Content Specialist to develop and manage outbound sales content in partnership with marketing and sales leadership. The person in this role will optimize our outreach strategy, create supporting content, and work with Sales Enablement to drive adoption across teams. The person in this role will collaborate across functions and roles to drive more effective outreach.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize sales content leveraging best practices
- Work cross functionally with marketing to develop templates and content for campaigns
- Manage and prioritize content project requests from multiple teams
- Ensure internal adoption of sales content templates
- Align messaging across Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to support more personalized outreach
- Develop and manage ongoing reporting for both content and training opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content, or copywriting type role; advertising or sales copy experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent professional experience required
- Prior SDR Experience is preferred
- Experience with project management or project management tools
