Description

EPAM is looking for a passionate Salesforce Customer 360 Digital Director to join our growing team! The Digital Director is responsible for driving our Salesforce practice and EPAM related services working closely with our Digital Engagement Practice (DEP) team. To be successful, a Digital Director will be expanding a portfolio of accounts through relationships, advocacy and deep industry knowledge. This position requires a background in the digital data arena including customer data, data governess, CDP, Marketing Automation, credibility in front of sales executives and C-level audiences, contract negotiations, a high level of collaboration, experience managing channel relationships, mediation skills and issue resolution. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a platform expert in Salesforce Customer 360 and Marketing Cloud
  • Provide deep domain expertise in our client’s business and broad knowledge of digital marketing together with a Marketing Strategist industry
  • Act as the SME during presales and sales opportunities
  • Assess and audit the current state of a client’s marketing technology stack together with a Solutions Architect
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into use cases
  • Prioritize use cases together with the client
  • Create a strategic roadmap focused on activation
  • Work with the Solution Architect to strategize, architect, and document a scalable CDP implementation, tailored to the client’s needs
