We are looking for a talented Traffic Supervisor/Studio Manager to assist the Creative Studio team during a time of growth. The Creative team is a friendly, talented and hard-working team that create all types of global marketing and brand assets for Babylon Health across different mediums.

We have recently implemented Workfront as a traffic and project management tool and are looking for someone who can implement further Workfront automation and embed traffic management best-practice.

You can be located in either Brooklyn, NY or Austin, TX.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Create reports on project progress and tracking approvals
• Support efficient flow of work through the creative team using Workfront
• Assist the Project Manager to coordinate projects and campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
• Efficient timeline and resource management through Workfront
• Working with the Studio Project Manager to ensure that all team members are fully utilised and briefed
• Experience in a fast-paced in-house large company, and comfortable with shifting priorities and very fast paced turnarounds
• Knowledge of the end-to-end creative process across mediums and disciplines, including motion design, graphic design, copywriting and web design

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5 years+ experience in a similar role - job titles such as Studio Coordinator/Manager, Traffic Supervisor, Resource Manager would be ideal
• You should be Mac literate
• In depth knowledge of Workfront is essential for this contract, as you will need to implement automation functions on Workfront and establish reporting dashboards
• In-house experience is preferred, and a mix of agency and in-house experience is even better!
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Slack and G Suite would be ideal but not essential
