Job Description Summary
As a Data Analyst at CCC Information Services - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data identification, data acquisition, data analysis, data documentation, data storage, and data integration. Ideal candidate will provide professional skills necessary for all phases of data analysis process. They will insure the integrity of all data extraction, storage, manipulation and analysis.
Job Duties

• Analyze data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, intent and scope
• Present alternate solutions to clients, using creative-thinking expertise to ensure effective decision making
• Design and develop with software engineering team high data solutions which meet the needs of specification requirements
• Develop and execute methodologies used to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases for customer needs and/or product enhancement
• Support operational and regulatory objectives with relevant analysis
• Communicates and collaborate effectively, written and orally, across all levels within the organization
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall data analysis experience - preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience working with or around Business Rules Engines within a Business Process Management System- DROOLS/Java experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Medicare, Auto Fee Schedule, and Reasonable Fee payment methodology
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare data aggregation using data warehouse, clinical data repositories and claims databases
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 or later
• Strong knowledge in MS SQL Server and query design, as well as demonstrate experience with relational database
• Ability to facilitate strategic discussions around areas of expertise with diverse stakeholders, including leadership team, operations and account management regarding data management and analytics
• Exhibit strong analytical and creative problem solving skills with a knack for pro-actively identifying and resolving technical issues
• Possess good communication and documentation skills through clearly written, concise and comprehensive documentation
