About You

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to take our internal training and customer-facing documentation to the next level. As a Technical Writer for the Client Success Team, you'll craft internal and external web articles, FAQs, training courses, and emails to help keep our team and customers informed. You'll work with partners to make sure content is accurate, appropriate, and visually engaging to give our teammates and customers the answer they're looking for, at exactly the right time and in exactly the right way.

Your Responsibilities
  • Write clear, simple content that speaks to teammates and customers in their own language
  • Suggest ways to improve content with formatting and visuals
  • Give feedback to your peers and review your own work with others
  • Collaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Run content projects and communicate status proactively
  • Look for ways to make your content better - keep raising the bar
Your Qualifications
  • Extraordinary writing, editing, formatting, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines
  • Experience collaborating with writers, visual designers, and domain experts
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Passion for providing a phenomenal user experience
  • Real passion for research and learning
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Markdown
