FloSports is seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced sports Video Production Manager to supervise the production of short and long-form video content across all FloSports channels.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with years of experience in all aspects of video production (shooting, editing, producing), who can make compelling video content on a variety of subjects in multiple formats – web series, sketches, highlights, athlete features, short and long format documentaries. The ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and surprise our audience with fresh, innovative content is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise the ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production of a wide variety of short and long form video content across all FloSports channels. 
• Video genres include: event hypes, event highlights, skits, athlete features, short documentaries, feature length documentaries, documentary series, and many more
• Field-produce a variety of shoots, including shoots at live sporting events
• Provide detailed feedback to shooters, producers, and editors at all stages of production
• Develop and pitch new video content ideas to the editorial team
• Communicate daily with the editorial team on assignments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years experience in all aspects of video production
• Sports video production experience a must
• Proven fluency in a wide variety video styles and genres
• Can provide a reel or examples of relevant work: shooting, editing, or producing (preferably all 3)
• Experience supervising the work of others: editors, shooters, producers (preferably all 3)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
