The Project Management team is where some of the company’s highest value growth is underway. You’ll lead a team while working with leaders and stakeholders across the company in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid technology/operations environment. Workrise is hiring a Redeployment Coordinator that will be responsible for the engagement, retention, and redeployment of our skilled labor workers. This role demands excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a builder mentality. You’ll be joining a team of highly motivated people that are responsible for driving growth and retention, while providing for an excellent experience for our workers.
What you’ll be doing:- Build deep relationships with the workers you support
- Contribute in the continuous improvement of business processes
- Work with your team to identify blockers and improve efficiency
- Assist with the implementation of new processes
- Be a team player while collaborating with team members
- Maintain and build on process documents and SOPs
- Operate independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate exceptionally with internal stakeholders and be feedback feedback-driven
- Demonstrated 1+ years of experience in an Operations, Recruiting, or Sales role
- History of success, progression, and advancement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and conviction
- Relentless hustle and grit
- High volume contributor with a track record of success
