WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THIS JOBIn this role, you will process agency applications and work to help onboard partners into our program.

THE DAY TO DAYYou will work with internal teams to ensure applications are completed with accurate and up-to-date information, as well as provide any assistance needed to help report metrics of success to our team.

YOUR EXPERTISE AND PASSION* Data entry experience with an ability to record data accurately
* Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
* Good IT skills with experience using Go
* Experience of providing excellent customer service and relationship management
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Evidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines
* Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries
