Alliances Operations Analyst
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute coordinated management of financial, legal, and program obligations derived from partnering activity with cloud alliances
- Plan, monitor, and drive timely financial payment processes in alignment with cloud alliance marketplaces and established governance mechanism
- Interface with internal and external business partners in support of workflows for cloud alliance programs with a high-level of alliance management competency
- Develop and adhere to best practices for management of strategic alliances, recommending process improvements and standard operating procedures, facilitating issue recognition and dispute resolution, and supporting cloud alliance performance assessments
- Act as advisor to management and internal business partners on advanced level details regarding contract provisions, financial planning, and cloud alliance resources
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature and for which independent action and a high degree of initiative are required
- Aid in the maintenance of partnership resources and program requirements
- Assist as needed in Alliance BD activities to support existing partnerships and future partnering efforts
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate degree in allied field or undergraduate degree with 4 or more years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the technology industry in an operations role
- Very strong organizational skills with the ability to manage various projects at the same time and execute on time
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize amid ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse business functions, and with team members at every level of the organization
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in business applications including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Experience working with Cloud marketplaces
