The Administrator will be responsible for managing various data warehouses used for reporting and transaction diligence for our variety of debt facilities. Amherst funds collectively have over $5.5bn in debt supporting various funds and this analyst will

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper access controls over online date rooms
  • Maintain file structure and organization on behalf of Amherst and counterparties
  • Coordinate diligence efforts between 3rd party agents and internal document source departments
  • Maintain records of and facilitate document upload and removal in conjunction with business needs
  • Oversee document and folder migrations and transitions between projects
  • Facilitate project management around key initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, real estate, or related field of study
  • Superb organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must have very strong excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with strong attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience in real estate, capital markets, or mortgages is a plus
  • Flexible with a positive attitude and willingness to work additional hours and weekends to complete projects when necessary
