Job Summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Analyst, Advanced Analytics to join our team to build and scale predictive models, boosting performance for multi-million dollar digital marketing initiatives in the process.

As an Analyst, Advanced Analytics you will be responsible for building the models that drive change on behalf of our clients -- you will apply quantitative methodologies, techniques and utilize tools that inform marketing communication activations for our most dynamic clients. You'll help to design, build, and optimize qualitative models, and assist in the interpretation of findings for internal and external consumption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced analytics modeling solutions, included but not limited to custom audience segmentation and propensity modeling, media mix modeling, media attribution, forecasting, optimization, models.
  • Begin to derive insights using statistical, data mining, and machine learning techniques to advance solution development and deliver customer focused reports.
  • Apply advanced visualization techniques to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least three years of experience in a data science, computer science, or related discipline related to marketing or an academic equivalent.
  • A deep understanding of modern data science techniques, statistical analysis, machine learning and visualization.
  • Strong programming skills, including Python and associated libraries for data analysis (e.g. Pandas, matplotlib), as well as familiarity with git / Github, Unix command line.
  • Good practical data analysis skills, understanding of relational and non-relational database technology, cloud-based data lake, ETL, data pipelines.
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal clients and key stakeholders. Be seen as a source of knowledge and best practices on data and analytics.
