ABOUT THE ROLE

The Services Analyst is responsible for the management and coordination of both Medicare and Individual & Family Plan constituent service experiences across Bright’s ecosystem of operational vendors. This individual works collaboratively with cross-functional teams design, implement and monitor Bright’s service operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Analyze and Design process to ensure effective and efficient solutions to operational functions within Constituent Services, optimizing processes to achieve business goals
  • Track and report out on project progress and outstanding deliverables to ensure successful implementation
  • Support service strategy development and implementation, including existing and new markets
  • Intake and triage contact center issues as they arise and coordinate with key stakeholders to identify and implement rapid solutions (could include adhoc scripting, training, updates to process documents, etc.)
  • Develop and organize training for service vendors, empowering call center agents with robust information
  • Serve as the voice of Bright Health constituents inside the business and drive experience improvement through constituent interaction analysis

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is preferred, but not required
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in healthcare (i.e. Operations, Product, or Customer Service setting)
  • Experience with regulations from CMS is preferred

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Motivated to join an organization that places relationships at the center of better healthcare delivery
  • Experienced in project Management, preferably process design or improvement projects
  • Experience leveraging data and technology to solve problems or improve processes
  • Strong collaborator, problem solver, and ability to succeed in a continuously changing cross-functional, highly matrixed environment
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
