Job Description

Procore's Total Rewards team is looking for a new Benefits Analyst. In this role, you’ll primarily support US benefits administration and international benefits invoicing through self-billing, plan audits, and reporting. You’ll assist the team in providing comprehensive and competitive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement savings. Your work will support Procore’s continued growth by helping attract and retain a high-performing, healthy employee population at scale.

As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll partner with internal teams like Talent Services, Payroll, and our HR Business Partners as well as external partners to deliver an optimal employee benefits experience. Use your problem-solving skills and passionate nature to offer intuitive employee benefit support through the entire benefit life cycle. 

This position reports into the US Benefits Manager and can be based in any of our US offices or remote. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Administer US and International invoicing for benefits

  • Educate employees about the benefits available to them via employee query and orientation presentation support

  • Support the implementation, administration, communication, and delivery of Procore’s progressive benefits plans and wellness initiatives

  • Partner with insurers, brokers, and other third parties on the delivery of Procore’s benefits programs

  • Provide routine enrollment auditing, data analytics, and ad hoc reporting

  • Develop spreadsheets and models for analyzing data related to benchmarking, RFPs, etc.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Business, Public Health, Human Resources, Economics or related disciplines

  • 1+ years within Benefits, HR, People Operations with some international experience preferred

  • Some compliance knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, 5500s is preferred

  • Strong Excel (or Google Sheets) and data validation skills, including experience creating formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.

  • Excellent written (email/chat) and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate complex information to employees clearly

  • Passion for customer service, employee happiness, and company growth

Location

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
