Business Analyst - Career
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help with our HQ team that will have a direct impact on our core platform. In this role, you will be helping to acquire and align data analysis regarding backend product priorities while elaborating on use cases and gather requirements. Working with clients and vendors making sure expectations are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps acquire and align data analysis regarding backend product priorities
- Elaborates use cases/requirements
- Translates client expectations into development actions
- Ensures security, availability, accessibility policies are met
- Assists in training and documentation
- Participates in scrum activities
- Works with vendors on specifications around adapter and SSO requirements.
- Roadmap Responsibilities:
- Executes the roadmap - 'what'
- Participates in user research
- Elaborates requirements and acceptance criteria
- Measures of Success:
- Volume/quality of published documentation (internal and external)
- Accuracy of sizing estimates for scope of work – completeness of requirements
- Depth of elaborating product backlog, ready for grooming
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 3 - 7 years of Business Analyst experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by providing excellent Customer Service
- Passion for technology
- Desire to join a winning team, prove yourself, and ramp up quickly
- Experience contributing in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Experience with MS Visio or equivalent software
