What's the opportunity?

• You’ll lead data analytics across the company to empower the business teams to conduct data-driven decision-making.  You easily collaborate with colleagues and can present and communicate data analyses and requests in a way they understand (read: plain English). 
• You’ll capably identify key process indicators and metrics and build standing dashboards and visualizations that enable the business teams to own the truth and make wise decisions.  You love creating and running analytical models and have a strong sense for how to structure analyses to make them easily digestible and flexible.
• You’ll frame and conduct ad hoc data analyses as requested by the business teams to fuel strategy and operational planning.
• You love the challenge of working across a range of data sets (from marketing to quality assurance, operational, lending, and finance data), and cleaning and structuring those data sets to build actionable insights. 
• You’re happy to roll up your sleeves to build and maintain our data infrastructure, navigating Excel, SQL, and other tools to ensure we can get key insights quickly and accurately.
