Business Analyst
Q2 is seeking a Business Analyst for our Premier Services Department. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication is the biggest key to being successful in this role. The ideal candidate will communicate concisely and effectively.
- Ability to create user stories and use cases for approval by clients and the development team
- Work with clients to elicit, document, and guide requirements and project workflows
- Create report specifications
- Effectively communicate with management and project teams across the organization
- Gather specifications from clients and third-party vendors
- Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practices
- Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 4 - 7 years of Business Analyst experience in a technology organization
- Experience with MS Visio or equivalent software
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by providing excellent customer service
- Passion for technology - you thrive in Microsoft Word
- Desire to join a winning team, prove yourself and ramp up quickly
- Experience contributing in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Exposure to any of the following technologies including:
- Python
- Agile Programming Methodology
- HTML/ Java Script/ CSS
- SQL RDBMS Management tools
- C# and .Net framework
- Jira or Confluence
