WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage Implementation of Trade Promotion Management Stream
• Act as a key representative of business for PO and Delivery Teams
• Define business journeys, key existing and to-be processes and verify that all business needs and ideas are accurately gathered, documented and transformed into requirements
• Take decision of prioritizations for backlog, review requirements
• Be informed on project progress and provide any business details when needed
• Manage UAT & go-live process for business stakeholders, including demo, trainings and change management
• Support Technical Assessment and Selection of ISV Solutions
• Identify potential challenges in integrating these ISVs with Salesforce platform
• Objective is to focus on value and deliver demonstrable Quick Wins in US and France first
• Articulate and optimize roadmap so that it is more agile, more secured, more achievable delivery, more value delivered: right features, right order, right cadence
• Functional Analysis
• Develop a Proof of Concept for few countries (FR, US), then Japan, Australia, Brazil
• Support Orchestration and Integration of Salesforce Platform: Organize and drive Build and Deployment in countries (Salescloud, Servicecloud, B2B Commerce, ISVs)

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience
• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, PO/ Consultant role in a Scrum team
• Proven experience in Consumer Goods Industry with Trade Promotion Management and could jump into Exceedra TPM or Accenture Cloud TPM. Technologies Exceedra or Accenture TMP, in Salesforce Environment
• Excellent analytical skills (good knowledge of industry best practices, business processes & business analytics, ability to digest complex data quickly and effectively, able to present them in a simple and efficient way
• Strong project management skills, strong team player and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Salesforce is nice to have
