Business Analyst
Q2 Software is seeking a Business Analyst for our Engineering Development group based in Austin, TX. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with clients to elicit, document, and guide requirements and project workflows
Create use cases and/or report specifications for approval by clients and the Development team
Effectively communicate with management and project teams across the organization
Gather specifications from clients and third-party vendors
Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practices
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Financial Industry experience with in-depth banking knowledge
Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
Experience contributing in an Agile development environment
Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Experience with MS Visio or equivalent software
