The Role:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in providing data to drive important business decisions. You’ll support findhelp’s rapid growth by leveraging your data and analytics expertise to develop insightful reports and drive best practices and processes. In your day-to-day you’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, streamline analytics workflows, develop beautiful dashboards, and facilitate data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop dynamic dashboards to visualize data
- Own data projects including planning, delivery, and some technical decisions
- Share data modeling and SQL best practices with technical support teams
- Participate in code reviews and QA
- Closely collaborate with users to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Use data to guide product, engineering, and business decisions to focus on what matters most
Who You Are:
- You’re comfortable coding in SQL and using MySQL databases
- You have experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, or others)
- You’re able to tell meaningful stories with data
- You’re a self-starter who enjoys problem solving
- You're curious and collaborate well with others
