The Business Intelligence Developer designs, enhances, maintains, and supports the enterprise data warehouse environment, building robust BI solutions including Tabular/Multi-Dimensional Models, Reports & Dashboards to ensure the information needed to make business decisions is efficient, accurate and reliable. The role requires working closely with the Finance Business Intelligence Team and the Database Administration Team to provide solutions to the changing needs of the business.

• Build and maintain cubes and tabular models from the underlying data warehouse
• Design, develop, optimize, maintain and support ETL processes using tools such as Microsoft SQL Integration Services
• Create and maintain reports for the various departments of the business in SQL Reporting Services andTableau
• Respond to requests for data and information outside the BI system, integrate new requests as needed
• Convert ad-hoc request to repeatable flexible business intelligence solutions
• Develop and maintain T-SQL and Stored Procedures for reporting requirements

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a computer related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 3 years in a business intelligence environment, with exposure to Analysis, Reporting and Data Modeling
• Demonstrated ability to turn end-user requirements into actionable tools
• Understanding of BI software and techniques including data warehousing
• Proficient with Microsoft BI Suites including SQL Integration Services, SQL Analysis Services & SQL Reporting Services
• Knowledge of Relational and Multi-Dimensional Databases
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016
• Expert level T-SQL skills
• Strong Excel Skills (Power Query, Power View, Power Pivot, DAX)
• Programming/scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
