Business Operations Manager/Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Business Operations Manager/Analyst will partner with leadership on business strategy and solve some of Qualia’s most critical business challenges. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Operations, you focus on scaling our existing customer teams while facilitating some of the company’s most challenging cross functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for building, curiosity for problem solving, a collaborative approach, and rigorous analysis to everything they do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives around product rollout, pricing updates, and organizational scaling
- Partner with our customer facing teams to facilitate important strategic initiatives
- Support the VP of Business Operations in facilitating Qualia’s organizational cadence (OKRs, performance reviews, leadership meetings, all hands)
- Assist teams in developing a strategy to drive operational scale and efficiency
- Develop management dashboards for executives to understand business performance
- Provide regular reports to leadership team on key business metrics
- Perform financial analyses and research that enable Qualia to make smart decisions on how to scale customer teams and drive revenue expansion
- Identify areas for organizational improvement opportunities through rigorous analysis, and execution
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus but not required
- 3+ years of business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, or management consulting experience
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills. Your written (including presentation decks) and verbal communication is compelling and precise
- Excellent organization, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and general skillset to take on a wide range of high priority tasks in support
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-motivation
- Exceptional analytical skills and strategic mindset
