FloSports’ Business Process Specialist will be an integral part of the Business Transformation team, which is responsible for scaling and streamlining FloSports’ operational processes as the company grows. This role is highly cross functional and will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the Operations, Content, and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate has an analytical and curious mindset and is always looking for ways to improve how processes work. They will be responsible for breaking down barriers between different teams at FloSports, supporting operational reporting and analysis across the company, and assisting project managers in completing internal operational scaling projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Owning reporting and analysis for operational processes such as cost forecasting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Understanding the metrics driving success for each team and assisting with reporting + analysis when needed.
• Supporting Business Transformation project managers through the full project management lifecycle including opportunity scoping, project planning, implementation, and change management.
• Creating user stories and detailed process maps to assist in blueprinting out projects
• Assisting in user training with any new system or feature launches and the identification of of bugs/issues
• Clearly documenting current processes and helping to communicate any process changes to impacted users.
• Providing administration support to systems within the FloSports tech stack including Salesforce, Wrike, Sisense, JIRA, and Brandfolder.
• Appropriately scoping technical tickets/tasks engineers/Salesforce admins to complete

This is a hybrid role which will require skills in project management, cross-team communication, reporting + analytics, and technical savviness. As a result, there are substantial career growth opportunities stemming from this role depending on the employee’s interests. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years working within the tech, media, or professional services industry in a operations focused function
• 1+ years of experience working in cross functional process optimization (i.e systems analyst or business process roles)
• Analytically focused: able to create reports, dashboards for users and help interpret and make data-informed recommendations.
• Born problem solver: must have an eye for turning chaos into streamlined and organized processes
• Excellent prioritization skills - must be able to field requests from stakeholders across the organization and determine which have the highest business impact.
• Able to communicate both up to senior level managers and to junior FloSports employees
• Strong organizational skills such as documentation and process mapping
• Salesforce or related system experience as a power user

NICE TO HAVE:

• Salesforce admin certifications
• Background in live sports or digital media
• Experience implementing new technology across an organization
